Job Overview

The role supports cross‑functional initiatives through analysis, testing, reporting, and project contribution, including active involvement in M&A activities. The position partners closely with stakeholders to ensure quality execution, data‑driven decisions, and effective delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute testing activities in test and UAT environments to validate functionality, data accuracy, and readiness for production.

• Apply strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

• Lead assigned projects or actively contribute to larger initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and stakeholder alignment.

• Develop and deliver regular and ad‑hoc reporting to support operational and leadership decision‑making.

• Support M&A initiatives, including due diligence, integration planning, testing, and post‑integration stabilization.

• Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and inter-departmental use.

• Provide records and reports for managers.

• Assist in preparation of reports and analysis for use in the annual external audit.

• Make suggestions for improvements to existing processes and systems.

Key Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent  Req Or

• Bachelor's Degree  Req

• 2 - 3 years’ experience Req

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Technical accounting skills.

• Data analysis and manipulation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities

• Experience in testing and validation within non‑production environments

• Project leadership or project participation experience

• Clear, structured reporting and stakeholder communication skills

• Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
