The Integrated Delivery Lead for the Large Pharma Segment is a senior-level role entrusted with the end-to-end oversight of service delivery, analytical excellence, and client satisfaction for pharmaceutical accounts. This hands-on leader serves as the strategic connective tissue between teams across the client and IQVIA, ensuring that the company’s commitments to quality, compliance, and innovation are consistently met or exceeded. This individual is responsible for driving growth in the account by ensuring customer’s experience the intended solutions value.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s complexities, a strong track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, and a relentless focus on operational improvement and client-centricity. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to optimize client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the delivery of IQVIA’s data, analytics, and platform solutions and services to large pharmaceutical clients, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
  • Oversee multiple delivery workstreams, managing priorities, resources, and interdependencies to meet client and business goals.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to scope, quality, budget, and regulatory/compliance requirements, with proactive risk and issue management.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison for clients, coordinating escalations and ensuring service excellence.

Client Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with operational client stakeholders, demonstrating deep understanding of business needs.
  • Lead or participate in quarterly service and performance reviews, presenting progress, metrics, and improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with account and commercial teams to highlight unmet client needs and inform opportunity development based on delivery insights.
  • Proactively identify areas for expanded client value and recommend new solution opportunities aligned to strategic priorities.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, dashboards, and delivery cadences to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Champion best-in-class delivery practices, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage data and automation to optimize efficiency, throughput, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure financial and resource discipline through effective budgeting, forecasting, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive innovation and scalability across delivery models, enhancing service quality and operational performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in delivery or program management within life sciences, healthcare analytics, or technology-enabled services.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-disciplinary delivery teams for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Strong understanding of IQVIA data, pharma data ecosystems, analytics platforms, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing client expectations and operational priorities.
  • Skilled in financial management, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $79,600.00 - $306,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
