About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to support Point of Care (POC) initiatives for our client company. This role is an IQVIA‑contracted position and is ideal for candidates based in Tunisia, Algeria, or Morocco who possess fluency in French and English, with Arabic considered a strong advantage.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies that elevate POC solutions within targeted markets. You will work closely with commercial, regional, and cross‑functional teams to drive awareness, adoption, and growth while ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements related to marketing campaigns.
- Provide support to Sales Management and the Sales Force on additional tasks and special projects.
- Conduct and contribute to marketing surveys, research, and reporting.
- Represent the client company through stand duty at national and international congresses.
- Deliver marketing and technical support across the EMEA region as directed by the Marketing Director, EMEA.
- Promote new and existing products through presentations, competitor insights, and strategic initiatives that support the sales team and enhance visibility within the medical community.
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, including content creation, adaptation, and distribution in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with POC and cluster marketing teams to ensure the use of current and approved materials.
- Maintain up‑to‑date marketing tools and promotional items.
- Support translation of documents and contribute to tender responses when required.
Education & Background Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Fluency in French and English is essential; Arabic is an added advantage.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse data using spreadsheets, identify patterns, and recognise trends.
