About the Role

  • IQVIA has a broad and differentiated portfolio of solutions supporting Med Tech manufacturers across the full commercialization lifecycle - spanning technology, data, analytics, services, and commercial execution.

The Integrated Solutions Lead:

  • Med Tech is a senior role within the Med Tech Offerings team, working in close partnership with the Med Tech Go-to-Market organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving account-level growth by deeply understanding client business challenges and translating them into cohesive, integrated IQVIA solution strategies that are compelling, differentiated, and grounded in client needs. This role sits at the intersection of solution design, commercial strategy, and GTM execution, owning the end-to-end narrative - from problem framing to solution orchestration, to pricing and commercial storytelling. The Integrated Solutions Lead will also act as a thought leader, bringing forward insights on market trends and key industry events to shape proactive solutioning across the Med Tech client base.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Solution Design & Client Problem Solving

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the GTM team, working at the account level to understand client business priorities, pain points, and commercial objectives
  • Translate complex client needs into integrated, multi-asset IQVIA solutions, selecting and orchestrating the right combination of offerings to create a seamless and compelling client story
  • Lead solution framing conversations with clients, speaking in the client's language and from their perspective, rather than through a product-centric lens
  • Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to real-world Med Tech implementation patterns

Commercial Storytelling, Pricing & GTM Enablement

  • Define and articulate integrated solution value propositions, including IQVIA's right-to-win and points of differentiation
  • Partner with GTM, finance, and offering owners to help shape pricing strategies for integrated solutions, balancing competitiveness, value delivery, and commercial outcomes
  • Develop and influence GTM messaging, sales narratives, and enablement materials that support consistent, client-centric storytelling across the sales organization
  • Ensure high quality and consistency across all client-facing materials (e.g., proposals, RFP responses, executive decks)

Strategic Proposals & Complex Deals

  • Lead complex and strategic proposals, RFPs, and bid defenses by:
  • Developing a deep understanding of client needs in collaboration with Account Executives and asset partners
    • Applying structured frameworks to design optimal solution architectures
    • Building clear, compelling solution storyboards that connect client challenges to measurable business value
  • Actively problem-solve with clients and internal stakeholders when solutions require simplification, refinement, or re-alignment

Thought Leadership & Market Insight

  • Stay closely connected to Med Tech industry trends, client business models, and key market events, translating insights into proactive solution concepts
  • Contribute to and help shape thought leadership around integrated commercialization strategies for Med Tech clients
  • Bring a forward-looking perspective to solution design, identifying opportunities to drive incremental growth across the client base

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely across Offerings, GTM, Sales Engineering, Technical Architecture, and Product teams to ensure solutions are connected, feasible, and optimized
  • Provide feedback to offering owners and technical teams on solution gaps, integration needs, and opportunities for portfolio evolution
  • Influence without authority, aligning senior stakeholders around a unified solution vision

Qualifications / Requirements

  • BA or BS in Business, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Med Tech or Life Sciences services, consulting, or solutioning environments, with at least 4+ years in solution development or commercial strategy roles
  • Backgrounds in consulting, strategy, analytics, or product development are highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Med Tech commercialization models and customer business challenges
  • Proven ability to engage credibly with senior Med Tech clients on commercial strategy and integrated solutions
  • Demonstrated experience developing client-centric solution narratives and value propositions
  • Experience influencing pricing and commercial strategy for complex or integrated offerings
  • Strategic, consultative mindset with strong problem-solving and storytelling capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience with IQVIA and its commercial offerings strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must reside in the same country where the job is located

Work Location & Travel

  • Work location is flexible and can be remote or based in a U.S. IQVIA office
  • Travel expectations estimated up to 30%

Compensation & Benefits

  • Potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $130,200.00 - $361,400.00
  • The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time)
  • Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits
