Job Overview:

The Linguistic Solutions team within the IQVIA Quality Metric (Instrument Services) group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee part of our eCOA implementation activities.
-
This role involves leading a team of Screen Review Specialists and Migration Project Managers to ensure the successful implementation and migration of electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessment (eCOA).
-
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise in eCOA systems, and experience in translation and localization.
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee 6 eCOA Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment; appraising performance and goals and guiding professional development.

Ensuring that eCOA Implementation projects are completed on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards and SOPs.

Answer questions from team members and provide operational support.
-
Oversee the documentation of project deliverables, ensuring thorough and accurate records are maintained.
-
Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in eCOA implementation and migration.
-
Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
-
Contribute to initiatives focusing on organization and department process improvements, efficiencies, etc.

Carry out Migration/Screen Review projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Information Technology, Project Management, Linguistics).
-
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, clinical research, eCOA implementation, or translation and localization, with managerial experience.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is essential, an additional language would be a strong asset.

Strong understanding of eCOA platforms/systems and translation technologies.
-
Experience working with TMS and CAT Tools.
-
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients with demonstrated cultural and emotional intelligence.

Attention to detail to ensure the highest quality and accuracy in all aspects of eCOA migration and screen review.

Good problem solving skills.
