We are recruiting an awesome team of European language speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! We are looking for Dutch native speakers… diversity is our way of life!
Your primary focus will be to build and maintain up‑to‑date data on Healthcare Professionals, supporting our customers and ensuring that any changes are correctly verified through multiple channels in accordance with our business rules.

What to expect:

Perform verifications via telephone and email with healthcare professionals.

Research all available information sources to accurately complete verification activities.

Perform matching tasks by comparing new data with existing database records.

Review institutional structures, keep them updated, and research official sources to identify structural changes.

Proactively alert the manager of any issues or deviations from standard procedures.
Our ideal candidate – Skills & requirements
-
Dutch native speaker is required.
-
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
-
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
-
Experience working in multinational corporations is an advantage.
-
Practical experience maintaining and updating databases is a plus.
-
High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong teamwork skills are essential.
-
Additional tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and occasionally translating text passages.
