주요업무 (Essential Functions)

• 약국/의원패널관리및유통관련데이터수집약국패널월 1~2회 방문하여 거래명세표 수거 또는 e-Data 수취

• 데이터 QC(품질 검증) 후 시스템 등록

• 수거된 거래명세표 파일 정리 및 약국 반송

• 의원패널분기 1회 우편 또는 e-mail을 통한 데이터 수취

• 데이터 QC(품질 검증) 후 시스템 등록

• Query 발생 시 패널에 연락하여 이슈 확인 및 해결

• 종합병원/의원대상제약사커뮤니케이션조사패널관리의사 대상 커뮤니케이션 및 패널 관리

• 매월 진행되는 조사 안내 및 참여 독려

• 조사 참여율, 응답 현황 관리

• 패널 관련 기타 행정, 운영 업무 지원자격요건 (Qualifications)

• 꼼꼼하고 책임감 있게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분

• 능동적이며 반복적인 업무에도 성실히 임하는 성향

• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유

• 정해진 프로세스 및 절차에 따라 업무를 수행하고, 기본적인 이슈를 스스로 해결할 수 있는 분

• 의료 제품 또는 병·의원 환경 관련 업무 경험 1년 이상 우대
