Role Purpose:

Under close guidance or supervision, responsible for creating and maintaining the IQVIA outlet database.

Job Description:

• Perform daily maintenance of outlet master file for US production.
• Solicits, gathers, and validates information from different sources to identify accuracy of outlet reference record.
• Perform daily bridging of outlet sales recycles to IQVIA database.
• Response to outlet related queries.
• Work on client specific projects with varying nature and business rules.
• Responsible for maintaining work allocations sheets containing client-required details that varies from one project to another.
• Escalate issues to the project lead or team lead.
• Perform functions as directed by the project lead/supervisor/manager.
• • Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in any science and technology field
• Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
• Strong customer focus, an attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office application.
• Ability to work under time constraints and under minimum supervision.
• Willing to work in the night shift.
