Job Overview:
In this role, you will be a critical member of the Enterprise Sales & Account Management team, working directly with and in support of global sales leadership teams to empower data driven decision making.
The role requires a keen ability to understand and manage datasets, as well as the ability to explain the nuances of the data in a clear and meaningful way.
Role:
-
Accountable for management, maintenance and enhancements of account level financial dashboards for regular reporting and performance tracking
-
Manage the back-end dashboard framework and elements change to include mapping files, templates for data sources, relationship with Power BI team
-
Support global stakeholders in explaining the nuances of the data to help them understand the business and track their performance
-
Articulate data processes, frameworks, sources and insights in a concise manner
-
Support global sales stakeholders with additional data requests related to Sales, Revenue, Pipeline, and others
-
Run quarterly dashboard outputs for incentive tracking purposes
-
Support additional reporting requests from key stakeholders i.e. request to pull different customizations of the data but also create programmatic solutions in a proactive manner

Support annual and mid-year global account planning process for large & mid-size accounts

Support Executive meetings such as OR including data pulls, customer analysis, and desk research

Support Win/Loss analysis
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Operations/Analytics or Commercial Effectiveness role – or finance
-
Expertise in MS Excel, Hyperion (preferrable), and Salesforce as well as familiarity with PowerBI
-
Experience working with large datasets including ability to merge multiple data sources in a consistent format
-
Strong project management skills, ability to hold multiple deadlines
-
Relentless focus on value-add and improvement, growth mindset
-
Ability to build great relationships and comfortable working with sales leadership/senior stakeholders within IQVIA
-
Strategic thinker with strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills
-
Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills, with the capability to provide actionable information through data analytics and metrics, preferably via PPT presentations too

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client-facing experience is a plus

Experience in navigating complex organization and offering portfolio

Hands-on person capable of working and collaborating within a global matrix organization

Experience in global roles; understand cultural sensitivities and time zones preferred

Highly organized, strong project management and multi-tasking skills, efficient in ambiguous situations and proven ability to meet critical deadlines

Eagerness to flex with the needs of the business, prioritize as needed and take on new challenge

Direct working experience with IQVIA in the last 3-5 years is a plus

US time zone working hours is a must

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $69,600.00 - $173,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
