Job Overview – Payment Analyst (French-speaking)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and support sites payment processes for our clinical trials. You will help make sure payments are processed correctly and on time, and assist with basic financial tasks.

Main Responsibilities

• Help manage hospitals payments for different projects.
• Communicate with international colleagues, sites, and project teams to support payment activities.
• Check and follow up on delayed invoices.
• Make sure payment data is correct and complete.
• Support with basic financial checks and reports.
• Help internal teams solve simple payment-related issues.
• Keep documents organized and updated.
• Work with team members to meet shared goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills; training will be provided.
• Fluent French is required.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and appetite for managing invoicing with hospitals !
