About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Excellence Analyst focused on Commercial Execution Analytics and Project Support across the Central America & Caribbean (CAC) Cluster. This role leverages Commercial Excellence databases to generate insights, improve execution, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze commercial execution performance, including:

• Segmentation and targeting
• CRM‑reported field activity
• Performance drivers and improvement opportunities
• Execution KPIs

Support Commercial Excellence projects:

• Improvement of CE tools and methodologies
• Optimization of analytical workflows and reporting
• Prepare analytical materials and visualizations for Sales and Management discussions.
• Provide analytical support for incentive validations when needed.
• Engage with Sales Force and internal teams to clarify CE processes and support execution topics.

Required Skills & Profile

• Advanced English
• Strong analytical and data‑interpretation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
• Experience working with CRM execution data, pharmaceutical CE
