We’re launching a new commercial service in Israel and are looking for a motivated Junior Client Services Associate to join our team in Tel Aviv. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new initiative from the ground up, working closely with the leadership team to support both commercial operations and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a client‑facing team member, working directly with clients to support their needs, answer questions, and contribute to strong ongoing relationships.

  • Support client service operations, including onboarding, communication, and ongoing relationship management.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, contracting, invoicing, and documentation.

  • Use tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other platforms to manage workflows and client interactions.

  • Contribute to commercial activities, including preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.

  • Collaborate on statistical extrapolations and data analysis projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Israel and able to work from our Tel Aviv office.

  • High proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).

  • 1–2 years of experience in a health or data-related, administrative, or client-facing role (internships count!).

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is a plus.

  • B.sc, preferably in health-related field.

  • Background in data, statistics, or a related field is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
