Job Overview

We are currently building our Management Consulting practice and seeking highly motivated candidates to join our team as Business Analyst, based in **Almaty, **covering East Europe region.

The role is hybrid and will require 2-3 days per week in the office.

The Business Analyst will help us drive the success of our clients by utilizing various sources of data ranging from detailed patient level analysis to primary intelligence, drive healthcare forward e.g. via launch support strategy, Loss of Exclusivity, commercial excellence, acquisitions, supply management or patient journey and many more various strategic projects in the pharma industry.

Key responsibilities:

• As part of our team you will support our customers operationally and strategically in the development and implementation of projects.

• In these projects, you are initially responsible for individual work packages and then continuously increase your responsibility up to sub-project management and independent customer communication.

• You will use internal comprehensive data sources to work on quantitative tasks, and rely on the support of internal IQVIA experts or external sources.

• You will use proven tools and analytical methods in your project work and develop your own innovative analytical approaches.

• In coordination with the team, you will be involved in the preparation, execution and follow-up of customer presentations and workshops.

• In addition to business development activities, you will also support the transfer of knowledge.

Qualifications

• Preferred background in natural sciences (e.g. chemistry, biochemical engineering, biomedical studies, medicine, pharmacology etc.) or studies in economics and/or marketing with strong interest in life sciences

• At least 1-3 years of work experience in consulting, as well as basic understanding and interest in the pharmaceutical industry

• Very confident with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as advanced skills in data visualization.

• You are characterized by your quality, service and solution orientation as well as your excellent analytical thinking skills and data affinity.

• In addition, you have a quick perception and the talent to independently manage several innovative projects at the same time.

• Your open-minded character as well as very good presentation and communication skills in Russian and English round up your profile.

• Proficiency in consulting methods, tools, and techniques, as well as awareness of industry trends and developments
