Project Manager – Platform Delivery
Manage the operational and delivery aspects of Platform Delivery projects and programs, including development, integration, and data operations initiatives. Ensure all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices while proactively mitigating delivery risks and driving on-time, high-quality outcomes. This role reports to Platform Delivery Lead.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead SFDC development and integration teams in managing project tasks, tracking progress, identifying risks, and determining corrective actions to mitigate delivery issues.

Create, track, and report on project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure quality, on-time delivery.

Lead daily stand-ups and bi-weekly architecture and planning sync meetings with SFDC development teams.

Own SFDC delivery timelines and manage cross-functional dependencies across development, data operations, and integration workstreams.

Lead requirements gathering and scope definition for standard and custom data operations and Databricks initiatives.

Draft, maintain, and manage business requirements documents (BRDs), technical specifications, and acceptance criteria for data operations and data-driven projects.

Produce and distribute status, tracking, financial, and risk reports for internal teams, external partners, and senior management.

Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to program and project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional, matrixed project teams and resources both within and outside the organization.

Lead problem-solving and issue-resolution efforts to remove delivery blockers and ensure project success.

Manage project budgets, track deliverables, and oversee invoicing and financial reporting.

Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.

Participate in proposal development, RFP responses, and sales/proposal presentations as needed.

Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies, procedures, and project timeline metrics.

Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
-
5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
-
Salesforce experience.
-
Proven experience managing complex, multi‑project programs with accountability for delivery quality, timelines, dependencies, and financial performance.

Demonstrated experience working within Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery models, leveraging Jira and other project/task management tools to manage scope, prioritize work, track progress, monitor risks and dependencies, and report delivery status across cross‑functional teams.

Experience leading projects where multiple functions operate within a matrixed organizational structure.

Ability to quickly learn and work across multiple IT systems, integrations, data platforms, and cloud applications.

Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking, analysis, facilitation (small and large groups), and executive‑level presentation.

Ability to operate at a strategic level while effectively managing detailed execution.
-
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
-
Ability to work comfortably with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and external clients.

Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.
-
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.

Must reside in country where the job is posted.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) product delivery teams.

Biotech/Life Sciences industry experience.

The potential base pay range for this role is $100,000-$105,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
