For our Primary Market Research team based in Athens, responsible for conducting market research projects for Pharma Companies, we are looking for a Quantitative Researcher.

The candidate will support Senior Consultants for the following activities:

• *Definition of research design and methodology,target selection and *sampling plan
• **Questionnaire design
• Analysis plan definition and implementation
• Understanding of results and identification of key insights
• *End-to-end project management, including client briefings, proposal writing, questionnaire design, fieldwork monitoring, data analysis, delivery to the client, and oral presentations *

* Requirements:*

• Master degree or equivalent preferably in Economics, Marketing, Market research, Social or Statistical Sciences
• *At least 3 years-experience in market research companies or similar. Previous experience in quantitative market research in the healthcare/pharma area will be considered a plus  *
• Fluent in English and Greek: spoken and written
• Excellent knowledge and ownership of Office suite with specific reference to Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge of analytical tools (Python, R, Matlab, etc.) will be considered a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage quantitative databases
• Demonstrates, critical thinking and excellent skills in data analysis and synthesis
• Skilled in both oral and written communication; strong ability in organization and teamwork; client focus.
