Role Purpose: The role is responsible for translating, validating, and maintaining high-quality prescriber and outlet data for IQVIA. This includes analyzing third-party data, conducting verification through research or direct outreach, performing database maintenance, and ensuring adherence to IQVIA’s data standards. The position supports the accuracy and integrity of the prescriber and outlet master files, contributing to client deliverables and business insights.
Job Description:

Research and analyzes outlet sales data thru internal and external sources.
-
Maintains and updates prescriber and outlet master files, ensuring accurate application of new data.

Performs quality checks, verification routines, and consistent application of coding procedures.

Validates incoming data sources and bridges outlet sales cycles to the IQVIA database.

Monitors and tracks key product recycles to the IQVIA database
-
Handles sales transaction coding and supports expansion of outlet universes.
-
Responds to data-related inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
-
Collaborate with internal teams, providing feedback on data quality issues and process improvements.

Prepares monthly production reports and maintains client-specific work allocation sheets.
-
Creates training materials and trains new team members.
-
Ensures compliance with business rules, quality standards, and meets SLA/KPI targets.

Follows established processes to eliminate repetitive issues and enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Math, Technology, or related fields.
-
Strong PC literacy: Microsoft Excel (intermediate or higher), Word, Access, PowerPoint.

Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
-
Fluency in medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, indications, and dosage information (for prescriber data roles).

Ability to analyze and interpret basic medical information.

Experience with data research, validation, and analysis.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external contacts (e.g., physician offices).

Customer-focused mindset; ability to support queries and provide timely resolutions.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.

Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
-
Willingness to work night shift (as required).
Other Preferred Knowledge:

Understanding of client deliverables based on prescriber data.

Knowledge of the US healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape.
