Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our APAC Regional HR and Global Talent Acquisition team. This role will support and manage recruitment across the region, partnering with stakeholders across multiple business lines to deliver an excellent hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & TA Operations

  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle across multiple business in APAC.

  • Execute proactive talent sourcing via LinkedIn and other professional networks.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling for both internal and external candidates.

  • Manage assessment logistics (inventory, ordering, reporting) and monitor background screening results.

  • Support onboarding tasks and broader HR administrative activities as required.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with regional hiring managers to ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities and clear alignment on expectations.

  • Provide timely updates on hiring progress and proactively flag recruiting challenges or risks.

  • Collaborate with HRBP, HR Operations, Talent Development, and Compensation teams on TA-related workflows.

  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships to ensure a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience.

Systems Governance & Process Optimization

  • Support automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance TA efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Oversee vendor management activities, including KPI tracking, quotation consolidation, and invoice coordination.

  • Consolidate recruitment metrics and prepare data for quarterly and annual reporting.

  • Maintain accurate system updates and documentation of recruitment activities, including interview feedback, assessments, and compliance records.

  • Ensure TA workflows and frameworks align with regional and global governance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for internship programs across the region.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant HR qualification/certification**.**

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with in‑house TA exposure.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Highly collaborative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.

  • Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

  • Hands‑on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms; familiarity with recruitment best practices and market trends.
