Job Description

Your Team

The tax team is responsible for compliances, audits and related litigations in the domain of Direct tax, Indirect tax, Transfer Pricing, Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and Software Technology Parks of India (STPI).

Your Role:

Responsible for Indirect Tax compliances and litigation for the Company

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Handling periodic GST compliances – E-invoicing, E-way bills, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B including reconciliation of input credit with GSTR-2B

• Handling compliances related to SEZ / STPI – Monthly Performance Report, Annual Performance Report, SOFTEX, Service invoice endorsement etc.

• Handling notices and audits in relation to GST

• Provide necessary assistance during statutory and tax audits

• Other duties and tasks, as may be relevant to fulfil the job responsibilities

The Experience You Bring:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a service sector MNC

• Requires strong knowledge and experience in GST laws

• Strong MS Office skills

• Experience on Oracle Cloud ERP is desirable
