Job Description

Your Team

The Technology Risk Management team is a forward-thinking, high-impact team at the heart of safeguarding the organisation’s technology landscape. Our mission is to anticipate, assess, and manage risk before it becomes an issue. We don’t just react to change; we engineer resilience.

Our team is responsible for designing and evolving a robust risk management framework that enables proactive risk identification, early and comprehensive assessments, and continuous monitoring through intelligent analytics and meaningful KRIs. We govern risk response and remediation with precision, ensuring that controls are not only effective but continuously improved and stress-tested.

We are also champions of culture—engaging stakeholders, delivering impactful training, and building a community of best practice across Technology & Operations. We ensure that risk data is accurate, actionable, and unified, enabling confident decision-making at every level.

If you're passionate about making risk management smarter, faster, and more embedded in how technology delivers value, this is the team for you.

Your Role:

We’re building a world-class Technology Risk Management function—and we need a strategic, detail-oriented, and action-driven Senior Principal Analyst to help us get there. This role is critical in closing a key capability gap: driving the remediation of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) findings and enhancing our control environment with precision, insight, and impact.

You’ll be at the forefront of strengthening our risk posture—translating risk insights into tangible improvements, embedding sustainable controls, and ensuring we’re not just compliant, but resilient. If you’re passionate about making risk real, actionable, and measurable, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • RCSA Remediation Leadership Own and drive the end-to-end remediation of RCSA findings across Technology, ensuring timely, effective, and sustainable resolution of control gaps.

  • Control Design & Enhancement Collaborate with control owners and engineers to design, refine, and implement fit-for-purpose controls that address root causes and reduce residual risk.

  • Risk Insights to Action Translate risk assessments, incidents, and audit findings into actionable remediation plans and control improvements.

  • Governance & Reporting Maintain oversight of remediation progress, escalate risks and delays, and deliver clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

  • Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Best Practice Development Help build a community of practice around control design and risk remediation, sharing insights, tools, and techniques across teams.

  • Data Integrity & Assurance Ensure all remediation and control data is accurate, complete, and aligned with enterprise risk reporting standards.

The Experience You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology risk, internal controls, audit, or compliance within a complex, regulated environment.
  • Deep understanding of RCSA frameworks, control testing, and risk remediation best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional remediation efforts and influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with GRC tools, risk analytics, and control automation is a plus.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for driving meaningful change.
