The Product Manager works within the EMEA Product Solutions & Management team and this team are responsible for the implementation of new product initiatives and product changes into the EMEA business.

What we are we looking for:

The Product Manager co-ordinates and program manages all product activity of the team and with functional stakeholders to ensure that there is a detailed plan of activity throughout the year.

Other responsibilities include:

• Project managing product initiatives from approval through to implementation with business partners

• Successfully managing any issues and risks relating to each product initiative

• Managing expectations and escalating any potential delays, issues and/or risks

• Continuously supporting Invesco business areas through product change

• Contributing to the development and maintenance of Invesco EMEA’s product strategy in conjunction with Strategy and Development teams

• Maintaining close working relationship with Investment management teams on new product ideas and regulatory change that impact on product

• Taking on ad hoc projects as required with respect to technical or regulatory change and develop end to end solutions to support business needs.

What you can bring:

• Proven experience within the investment management sector.

• Product related experience in financial services organisation and/or working with larger business projects.

• In depth knowledge of financial markets with investment experience a plus.

• Understanding of functional areas that feed into the product process with experience in one or more areas a plus.

• Strong system proficiency including advanced Power Point and Excel

• Sound understanding of product development / management

• Knowledge of market trends

• Thorough understanding of the investment markets, product and product structures.
