- Develop analytical models that generate objective pricing recommendations and conduct holistic product line reviews with specific fund-by-fund recommendations for annual plans.
- Redesign processes and governance structures to create new ways of incorporating data-driven decision making.
- Lead product‑line reviews, redesign processes to strengthen data‑driven decision making, support Funds Board materials with MDs and SMDs, and maintain strong relationships with subject‑matter experts.
Requirements of the Role
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, engineering, analytics or a related field.
- MBA and/or CFA preferred
- Proven ability to influence outcomes and translate complex analysis for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills paired with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Excel.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities, adaptable across diverse projects, and proactive in identifying efficiency opportunities.
