  • Leverage AI and analytics to personalize resources and guidance at critical employee lifecycle points.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to map and deliver targeted resources for recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and exit.
  • Establish and enforce content governance, including editorial, approval, and compliance standards with legal and privacy partners.

Key Responsibilities: HR Conversational AI & Employee Experience

  • Lead implementation, training, and continuous improvement of HR chatbots and AI assistants to ensure accurate and brand-aligned interactions.

  • Design empathetic, inclusive, and accessible conversational experiences using human-centered best practices and employee feedback.

  • Monitor and optimize AI performance with dashboards, audit reports, and sentiment analysis to improve accuracy and relevance.

  • Enable HR team adoption and digital fluency through demos, training, and documentation.

  • Integrate employee experience principles into all digital and AI initiatives to build trust and engagement.

  • Use data analytics to inform conversational design and address employee needs and pain points.

  • Pilot and evaluate new HR AI tools and approaches to maintain a future-ready, employee-focused organization.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field is typically required.

  • An advanced degree (e.g., Master’s in HR, Organizational Development, or Digital Strategy) can be advantageous, especially in organizations leading AI adoption.

  • HR Experience: Practical experience in HR roles such as HRIS analyst, HR business partner, HR generalist, or people operations is highly valued.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the employee lifecycle and employee experience best practices.

  • Technical and Analytical Skills: Experience with HR technology platforms, content management systems, or AI-enabled tools such as chatbots is increasingly important.

  • Familiarity with data analytics, digital content creation, and process automation tools (e.g., Service Now).

  • Strategic and Collaborative Abilities: Proven ability to partner with IT, HR, and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business and employee experience goals.

  • Experience in project management, change enablement, and HR process improvement.

It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.

It started with a simple idea: what if surgery could be less invasive and recovery less painful? Nearly 30 years later, that question still fuels everything we do at Intuitive. As a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, our technologies—like the da Vinci surgical system and Ion—have transformed how care is delivered for millions of patients worldwide.

We’re a team of engineers, clinicians, and innovators united by one purpose: to make surgery smarter, safer, and more human. Every day, our work helps care teams perform with greater precision and patients recover faster, improving outcomes around the world.

The problems we solve demand creativity, rigor, and collaboration. The work is challenging, but deeply meaningful—because every improvement we make has the potential to change a life.

If you’re ready to contribute to something bigger than yourself and help transform the future of healthcare, you’ll find your purpose here.
