Primary Function of Position

The Product Marketing Manager, da Vinci Systems, Vision, Software, Instrument & Accessories (I&A), Digital solutions, this role responsible for Intuitive Surgical Sarl Taiwan Branch marketing. This includes executing high-impact project plans to Taiwan team to manage the brand and drive procedure growth by introducing da Vinci technology.

Essential Job Duties

  • Product launch planning and execution
  • Portfolio roadmap & GTM strategy planning (mid to long term)
  • Product positioning and feature/benefit messaging to sales, surgeon, hospital executive
  • Build sales enablement tools: data sheets, reference videos, vision decks, white papers, product QTIs
  • Portfolio pricing strategy & management
  • Portfolio life cycle management
  • Develop product KOL/reference surgeon & program site
  • Product claims evidence development with internal & external stakeholders
  • Product promotion campaign design and roll-out
  • Product tradeshow presence, demo and test-drive
  • Sales/Surgeon product support, satisfaction and VOC monitoring
  • Collaborate with Clinical Marketing Team and Sales Team to provide the procedure solution by the products
  • Develop market intelligence and competitive market strategies

Required Skills and Experience

  • Fluent verbal and written English required
    At least 8 years related experience in healthcare industry is required

(sales & marketing experience is preferred)- At least 5 years related experience in marketing is required

  • Proven ability to develop and implement projects or products management
  • Demonstrated success in leading a mid-to-long term project
  • Interpersonal skills to work across functions/departments, able to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong presentation skills required
  • Computer skills required (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel 30% (including international)

Required Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, MBA or Master degree preferred
