As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll drive the product strategy and execution - making your vision into a reality. We are seeking a high-energy, customer-obsessed, technical and collaborative self-starter who is fluent in strategically deploying AI to deliver magical customer experiences.
Responsibilities

Lead the initiative to re-imagine the digital help experiences across multiple channels and products with Gen AI

Conduct customer and market research to understand the evolving AI landscape and identify opportunities to serve customers

Create a bold vision, strategy and prioritized roadmap clearly mapped to customer benefits and business goals

Evangelize the AI vision and strategy with senior leadership and engineering partners to inspire action

Drive execution by motivating and coordinating across a matrix organization of cross-functional partners - owning the 'how'.

Obsess over success metrics, customer behavior data, product usage funnel and performance of the products and features to uncover opportunities, pivoting and iterating fast based on results
Qualifications
-
8+ years experience as a product manager
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Fluent in leveraging data and voice of the customer to uncover big opportunities and make decisions
-
Demonstrated prior success in creating innovative products that delivered customer and business outcomes.

Track record of leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.

Experience working with AI and GenAI capabilities to deliver customer-facing experiences
-
Experience working with chat or voice assistants
-
Undergraduate degree required with concentration in computer science or other technical disciplines preferred or equivalent relevant experience

MBA preferred

People management experience preferred

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: 236000 to $319,000.
