We are actively seeking a Staff Product Manager to assume leadership of the Document Management & Experiences charter. This role involves defining enduring, AI-enabled platform capabilities that will power experiences across QuickBooks, TurboTax, and the wider Intuit ecosystem. In this capacity, the individual will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of this crucial capability, which is essential for enabling state-of-the-art, AI-driven experiences for the frictionless acquisition, secure storage, and automated comprehension of all documents powering millions of Intuit customers.
The successful candidate will cultivate a profound understanding of the customer base, utilize data, experimentation, and AI to enhance the product and accelerate outcomes, and exert influence across product, engineering, and partner teams. The objective is to deliver cohesive, high-quality, end-to-end experiences that generate significant customer and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy for document management capabilities that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Deepen understanding of customer problems through research, experimentation, data, and AI-powered insights; align teams around target customers and personas.
- Own the end-to-end customer experience across multiple products, domains, and capabilities, maintaining a high bar for product excellence and product-market fit.
- Partner with engineering to shape technical approaches and durable platform strategies, using an AI-first mindset to solve complex problems.
- Leverage data across products to inform prioritization, roadmap decisions, and success metrics; deliver against input and outcome goals.
- Influence across product, engineering, design, and partner teams through clear, data-driven storytelling and strong cross-functional leadership.
- Use experimentation, prototyping, and emerging AI tools to accelerate execution and innovation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience including platform products—driving adoption across multiple business units.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy that drives growth across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong product execution skills, delivering high-quality, intuitive end-to-end experiences across complex systems.
- High technical fluency; experience partnering closely with engineering and influencing architectural decisions.
- Data-driven decision maker with experience using analytics, experimentation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Track record of influencing without authority and driving alignment across cross-functional and product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
