Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Desktop Core, Desktop Payroll & Payments and Desktop to QBO Migration charter
- Set Vision & Strategy: Define the multi-year vision and strategy for Intuit’s Desktop Business and execute against the same
- Build & Lead a Team: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 5+ product managers. Create clarity, foster career development, and drive impact through others.
- Drive Roadmap Execution: Own the roadmap for enterprise-grade capabilities
- Customer & Market Insights: Conduct deep research with customers, sales, and operations teams to uncover pain points and shape innovative solutions. Benchmark best practices across SaaS and Fintech.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Inspire and align executives and partners across sales, marketing, finance, legal, care, engineering, design, and data science to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
- Scale & Operate: Drive short- and long-term decisions that enable scale, improve win rates, optimize renewals, and increase revenue through operational excellence.
- Metrics & Accountability: Establish success metrics, track progress, and ensure delivery of measurable business impact.
Qualifications
- Experience: 14+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in people management (managing PMs). Proven success building and scaling enterprise-grade monetization or sales platforms for SMB/mid-market/enterprise SaaS or Fintech customers.
- Leadership: Strong track record of developing and coaching PM talent. Ability to lead with influence across executives and cross-functional leaders.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of monetization capabilities, sophisticated pricing models, and revenue operations for SaaS / Fintech.
- Customer Empathy: Obsession with solving customer and operational team problems with speed and excellence.
- Strategic Agility: Ability to set long-term vision while executing against near-term priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills paired with a bias for data-informed decision making.
- AI Fluency: Familiarity with AI/ML trends and their application in SaaS and business operations.
- Education: Undergraduate degree required (technical discipline preferred). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
