Lead with Data & Insights: Proactively address customer needs by using advanced market intelligence and CDI/D4D (Customer Driven Innovation) to develop winning value propositions.
Drive Validation & Betas: Design and manage sophisticated public and private beta programs for new messaging channels, leveraging rapid iteration and customer feedback to refine product-market fit.
Influence the Roadmap: Partner deeply with Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics to influence the messaging roadmap, ensuring our capabilities solve for global nuances and mid-market complexity.
Executive Storytelling: Craft comprehensive, data-backed narratives and messaging hierarchies that inspire action and drive alignment across Intuit’s senior leadership.
Foster a Craft Culture: Act as a thought leader and mentor, upleveling the team’s marketing craft and fostering a culture of bold experimentation, ownership, and measurable results.

Strategic & Analytical Mastery: Strong capability to translate complex market data and customer usage insights into actionable market strategies and compelling business cases.
Executive Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners in a matrixed organization.
Technical Fluency: Demonstrated understanding of how to leverage AI, data flows, and communications APIs to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale.
