About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic marketer to help design and execute go-to-market plays that accelerate growth in Intuit’s Emerging Mid-Market segment. As the Demand Generation & ABM Manager, you’ll partner closely with the DemandGen & ABM Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to bring our account-based marketing and demand generation strategy to life.
You’ll help translate business priorities into integrated marketing programs that engage target accounts, generate pipeline, and drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics — someone who loves connecting strategy to execution, collaborating across teams, and seeing programs through from idea to outcome.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Execute integrated GTM plays across digital, field, and partner channels — aligning with Sales and Marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion within target accounts.
Support the design and delivery of ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) tailored to specific account clusters and industry segments.
Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to define target audiences, refine messaging, and ensure coordinated activation plans.
Partner with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops to maintain visibility into funnel performance, lead flow, and conversion health across the Emerging Mid-Market segment.
Use data and insights to identify what’s working, where to optimize, and how to scale successful plays across accounts and channels.
Contribute to campaign planning and quarterly business reviews, bringing insights that inform investment and prioritization.
Champion clarity and collaboration across teams — ensuring marketing, BDR, and sales motions are aligned around shared goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or ABM, ideally focused on mid-market or commercial audiences.
Understanding of B2B funnel stages, pipeline conversion, and marketing-to-sales alignment.
Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, content, events) to drive engagement and pipeline.
Working knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce) — able to translate program goals into system execution.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into next steps.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented — equally comfortable strategizing and executing.
