In this role, you will be a strategic partner to executive leaders to drive transformative programs at Intuit India Site wide. You’ll work across Product, Engineering and various Functional Groups to innovate how we operate, acting as a 'connective tissue' that turns high-level strategy into tangible outcomes.


Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will lead and drive programs while solving some of our strategic challenges.

Drive Strategy & Operating Rhythm

  • Connect organizational strategy to project-level execution to deliver on key performance drivers.

  • Drive the operating rhythm at a program level to monitor performance, inspire teams, and instill accountability.

Solve Strategic Problems & Execute with Rigor

  • Lead strategic initiatives with end-to-end ownership—identifying priorities, building the right team, and managing progress and risks.

  • Frame strategic questions and design experiments to identify solutions independently.

  • Develop and execute high-quality plans with clear milestones and well-defined success measures.

  • Analyze and drive data driven insights and actions 

Enable Scale & Lead Change


  • Establish credibility and trust across teams to lead change with velocity.

  • Communicate a clear case for change to influence stakeholders and drive collective action.

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency.


Qualifications

We are looking for a collaborative, data-driven expert who can establish rapport and trust throughout the organization.


  • Professional Experience: 6–8 years of experience in high-impact roles, such as strategy/business operations in a tech company or a top-tier management consulting firm focused on implementation.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional structured problem-solving abilities combined with strong business acumen.

  • Analytical Prowess: Excellent quantitative analytical skills with the ability to run error-free analysis and draw actionable conclusions. 

  • Analytics Tools: Good background of using spreadsheets (excel, google sheets) for data manipulation and analysis. Understanding of tools like spreadsheet/tableau/power bi for visualization. Good understanding of Python (with libraries like Pandas and NumPy used for data manipulation, machine learning, and advanced analytics) or other programming language for equivalent.

  • Strategic Communication: Proven ability to turn complex, ambiguous topics into compelling narratives for senior executives.

  • Leadership Qualities: Exhibits 'extreme ownership' when driving change and possesses the interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior leaders.

  • Domain Expertise: Ability to quickly ramp up in new business domains and identify optimal 'paths to green' when facing blockers.

  • Education: A strong academic record is required. An MBA or equivalent degree from a nationally recognized institution is preferred with a software engineering degree background preferred.
