Come join the PDX Product Team as a Head of AI Platform Product Management at Intuit. The AI Platform team in PDX is responsible for providing development teams (including data scientists, ML engineers, data analysts, software engineers, and product managers) across Intuit the means to build, train, deploy, experiment and innovate with AI and Generative AI technologies, delivering high impact AI native product experiences and and features that delight our customers and transform the industry.
We are looking for a highly technical product management leader to shape the future of AI Platform capabilities that democratize AI development for classically trained AI experts and virtually every development team across Intuit. You will play a crucial role in accelerating access to the latest AI and Generative AI technologies for our development teams, ensuring the optimal balance of AI development velocity and quality. You will work with organizations across Intuit to understand their use cases, developer persona, and drive the transformation of AI native product development from not only product (developer tooling), but also people and process perspectives.
In this role, you will lead a team of seasoned AI Platform product managers, covering the end to end AI model and AI application development lifecycle, including front-end development interface, MLOPs, ML Observability, and various back-end capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, objective, key results and success metrics for AI Platform products.
- Collect feedback and understand user needs from AI/ML practitioners and BU stakeholders, derive requirements, analyze trade-offs, and prioritize areas of investments.
- Ensure product success from ideation, execution, to launch, ongoing support and improvements of the roadmap.
- Create user education and onboarding programs to grow adoptions and further democratize AI across the company.
- Follow and assess industry trends and innovations, bringing advanced technologies to the AI Platform where appropriate.
- Represent Intuit in engagement with AI Platform industry leaders, bringing in the latest AI breakthroughs that are suitable to be adopted by Intuit.
- Hire and develop the AI Platform product management team.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of product management or equivalent experience (e.g. Data
- Scientist Manager, Engineer Manager) for technical platform products in a fast
- paced, rapidly evolving environment, with 5+ years in people management roles.
- Extensive experience working and innovating on a centralized AI/ML Platform supporting diverse applications and developers.
- High degree of technical understanding to be able to closely collaborate with engineers, architects, and AI/ML practitioners in both strategic and tactical discussions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences and work with cross-functional teams to drive real business impact.
- Proven track record of working effectively with engineers, data scientists, other product managers, AI/ML practitioners, executives and vendors, with demonstrated leadership to inspire and influence beyond your immediate organization.
- Experience leading and raising the bar of product management teams.
- Familiarity with AI/ML model development lifecycle. Familiarity with Intuit’s product offerings is a plus.

To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California: $237,500- 321,500
Southern California: $242,057- 290,000
