As our Sales GTM Play Analytical Lead, you will be the analytical cornerstone of our entire sales campaign strategy. You're not just pulling lists; you're the architect of our targeting engine. You will dive deep into massive datasets to determine which accounts to target, why, and when. This role is a critical link between data and revenue, and you will partner directly with sales and marketing leaders to build, iterate, and operationalize the data-driven 'plays' that fuel our sales organization's success.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the Audience Engine: Own the end-to-end data strategy for GTM sales plays, from initial ideation and data mining in Databricks and BigQuery to campaign list execution and assignment.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Leverage expert-level SQL and advanced analytical skills to query, segment, and analyze vast customer datasets, transforming raw data into prioritized, high-potential target lists.
  • Optimize and Iterate: Continuously develop, test, and refine models to score and prioritize accounts. You will own the iteration loop that makes our targeting smarter and more effective with every campaign.
  • Empower the Sales Team: Partner with sales leadership and operations to build and optimize the process for assigning accounts and contacts to reps, ensuring seamless delivery, accuracy, and speed-to-lead.
  • Measure What Matters: Analyze campaign and play performance, delivering actionable insights and clear recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Build for Scale: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our sales plays (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline generation, ICP penetration).

Qualifications

Required: Advanced SQL & Analytics:

  • 3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, GTM strategy, business intelligence, or a similar highly analytical role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL is required.
  • Deep experience with large-scale data warehouses and platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake) is essential.

Preferred: GTM & Business Acumen:

  • Experience in a sales, marketing, or GTM environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and a proven ability to connect complex analytical work directly to business outcomes (pipeline, revenue).
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and its data model.

Core Strengths:

  • Proven, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for simplifying complex problems into actionable, data-backed solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for collaboration.
