- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, engineering, operations, and support peers to communicate findings, validate solutions, and influence roadmap priorities.
- Stay Ahead of Change: Quickly adopt new technologies, tools, and methods while remaining agile in a dynamic environment.
- Contribute to Team Growth: Bring a seasoned perspective, mentor others through complex problem areas, and help shape team best practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of deep experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Online, or Accountant products (or equivalent high-complexity tech ecosystem).
- Data Interpretation Expertise: Strong ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data, uncover trends, and translate insights into recommendations or product/process improvements.
- Advanced Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated success resolving highly complex customer issues where root cause spans multiple tools, systems, or data flows.

- High Emotional Intelligence: Able to balance urgency, empathy, and clarity—especially in escalated or ambiguous situations.
- Self-Directed & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed, remote environment; able to prioritize independently and move quickly with sound judgment.
- Innovation Mindset: Comfortable challenging existing processes, testing ideas, and iterating based on results.
