Project Management
To predict the future, we must create it—and at Intuit, that’s exactly what we’re doing.
The CEO Transformation Office is a newly formed, high-impact organization reporting directly to the CEO. Its mission is to mobilize the company around what matters most, shape the market, and accelerate Intuit’s transformation into the world’s leading global financial platform and system of intelligence.
This team sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, creativity, and execution. We bring together communications, creative, narrative development, and flagship events and experiences under one unified organization to ensure Intuit shows up with clarity, consistency, and conviction—internally and externally. From customers and prospects to media and investors, we shape how Intuit’s vision comes to life in the world.
At the heart of our work is a bold future: surrounding customers with a virtual team of AI agents and human intelligence that does the work for them and powers their prosperity. To deliver on that promise, we operate with a high say/do ratio, a bias for action, and an uncompromising focus on impact. We don’t just tell the story—we help drive the outcomes.
Joining the CEO Transformation Office means working on the company’s most visible, mission-critical initiatives, partnering with senior leaders across the business, and helping define how Intuit’s strategy is experienced by the world. This is a team for builders, storytellers, and operators who want to shape the future—not react to it.
Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned design strategist to join the Events team, as part of the CEO Transformation Office at Intuit. This role exists to champion Intuit’s customers and audiences by fueling all events with insights and business strategy. Customer centricity is at the center of this role - whether we’re uncovering insights through deep research studies, bringing customers to life, creating immersive customer demos, and more, we will always put insights and strategic intent at the center of everything we do.
This starts with identifying and uncovering customer problems and paradigm-shifting insights and then activating those insights throughout the creative ideation process, from co-creation of the creative brief all the way to the delivery of the event.
You’ll be responsible for activating audience insights and business strategy into meaningful world-class events for both internal and external audiences, at-scale. This could look like but not limited to:
-
Develop and produce compelling innovation narratives and product keynotes for customer and partner audiences.
-
Build leadership capabilities by designing events that help Intuit leaders learn what it takes to lead in the age of AI
-
Craft experiences that galvanize employees around our customers to develop deep customer empathy.
Qualifications
What you bring to the table
-
At least 8-10 years experience in design-thinking, strategy, product storytelling, immersive experience design, or related fields.
-
Expert in generative research methodologies and killer synthesis skills to get to clear, actionable insights.
-
Embraces design thinking as a way of working, not just a process. Demonstrated track record of scrappy prototyping, piloting, and experimenting to get to the right audience experience.
-
Strong project management skills to drive key workstreams or deliverables from inception to completion.
-
Embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly in a world where things are very fluid.
-
Experience and passion for galvanizing large organizations/teams around insights, themes or POV.
-
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills. Comfortability with writing narratives and other types of communications.
