The TurboTax Growth team is focused on our existing and prospective customers’ experience from landing pages through login and product selection. We create intuitive and engaging experiences powered by personalization algorithms that optimize the creative, offers, and onboarding flow for each visitor.
We’re seeking a seasoned product leader to deliver delightful experiences that grow our joint TurboTax / Credit Karma customer base. In this role, you will lead the TurboTax onboarding and filing experience embedded in the Credit Karma app, ensuring Credit Karma members can seamlessly transition to TurboTax and receive a hyper-personalized, done-for-you experience. You will use cutting edge AI and rich Credit Karma data to power these personalized, done for you experiences. This is a unique opportunity to shape the vision and lead the execution for a high-impact, growth initiative.
Responsibilities
Define, own, and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Credit Karma-to-TurboTax onboarding and filing
Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative, hyper-personalized experiences, leveraging AI, Machine Learning models and rich customer data from Credit Karma and TurboTax.
Partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, and tax experts to deliver high-accuracy, trustworthy, and confidence-building experiences that drive measurable customer and financial outcomes.
Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, user studies) to validate effectiveness of new experiences and impact on key metrics like conversion and revenue; drive iteration of experiences based on results.
Translate complex customer needs, technical capabilities, and business opportunities into a clear, prioritized roadmap with measurable outcomes.
Build strong partnerships and influence roadmaps across teams Credit Karma, TurboTax and Intuit platform teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
Qualifications
8+ years designing and delivering world-class consumer-facing software products
Solid track record of driving strategy and delivering products that utilize data-driven methods for personalization or dynamic user experiences at scale.
Expertise in personalization tactics, testing approaches, and data analysis.
Passion for tackling complex consumer problems, ideally within fintech, personal finance, tax, or related domains where user trust, accuracy, and data privacy are paramount.
Strong technical acumen; able to closely engage with engineering and data science regarding system architecture, capabilities, data flows, APIs, and technical considerations.
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior management.
Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative/technical field preferred. An MBA is a plus. Equivalent experience will be considered
