Join the Global Marketing & Communications organization as a Staff Communications Manager within the India Tech communications team. This role will be important in creating and implementing important internal communication programs that educate, engage, and inspire employees across the India site and the GTM Tech organization. You'll partner closely with leadership and communicators across the Intuit ecosystem to drive impactful communications for strategic initiatives and large-scale campaigns. We are looking for someone with a passion for people and storytelling and a proven track record of developing successful, multi-channel communications in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a team player, ready to jump in
Responsibilities
● Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies and plans that align with organizational objectives and support business goals for the India site and global GTM tech team.
● Build impactful employee communications plans and tactics that effectively communicate enterprise-wide initiatives and galvanize employees around our strategy, culture, and behaviors.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders (e.g., social, external, brand teams) to design and experiment with integrated communications campaigns.
● Lead technology thought-leadership efforts by creating a repository of internal tech stories showcasing innovation and Intuit's strategy realization from India.
● Provide strategic communications counsel to leadership and other internal stakeholders.
● Partner with global and local stakeholders, ensuring internal communications alignment and execution for consistent messaging and experiences.
● Demonstrate a creative design mindset and understanding of new-age content formats in communications, including developing engaging content through various platforms such as slack, emails, videos, and short-form storytelling
● Measure, track, and analyze the impact of internal communication projects with a data-backed approach, ensuring all initiatives are measured, analyzed for stakeholders, and tied to set goals.
● Stay abreast of communication best practices, emerging trends and platforms, including AI-powered solutions, to enhance the efficiency and impact of internal communications.
Qualifications
● 12+ years of experience in communications at leading technology companies
● Experience working in a global, matrix organization is highly desirable.
● Strong storytelling and executive communication skills, with experience crafting narratives for C-suite audiences.
● Create interesting content in various formats for a diverse audience, and have great editing and proofreading skills.
● A proactive mindset toward exploring and implementing new AI-powered communication tools, techniques, and solutions.
● Proven ability to develop and scale integrated strategic communications plans
● Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
● Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
● Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to use insights to shape content strategies.
● Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Flexible, resilient, and adapt easily to change
● A self-starter who can think strategically and execute with rigor
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
