The Intuit SMB MediaLabs Team is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager who has a proven track record and is passionate about driving revenue. As a Sr. Account Executive on our team, you will be responsible for forming relationships with key brands and their advertising agencies, ensuring they meet their business objectives using Intuit SMB MediaLab’s audiences through our managed service, our self service model and other new opportunities to partner with Intuit as they come up.
Responsibilities
● Proactively manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with clients to drive growth towards large revenue goals
● Establish mutually beneficial relationships with new clients, educating them on Intuit SMB MediaLabs and our ad opportunities
● Leverage agency and client direct relationships to identify new buyers of Intuit SMB MediaLabs advertising products
● Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals
● Consistently meet deadlines for all projects, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of customer service
● Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation, instilling confidence and setting all interactions up for success by appropriately setting client expectations, identifying outcomes, and communicating clear next steps
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients to communicate major updates, releases, changes, and/or opportunities that will deepen or expand the relationship
● Provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice to clients in order to uplevel and grow the relationship
● Persistently explore and uncover the needs of your clients, leveraging deep product knowledge to align their goals with new and unique opportunities with Intuit
● Collaborate with Account Management, Ad Operations and campaign activation to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals
● Aggregate and share client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders to help drive product evolution
● Provide thought leadership and act as an Intuit evangelist with partners and at industry events
● Share your industry, client, and product expertise by mentoring and training other team members
● Build and leverage deep internal relationships, both within your direct team and cross-functionally, working together to deliver on client and business goals
● Ability to work in the local office 3 days per week and travel approximately 15%
Qualifications
● 10+ years of experience in digital media. DSP/programmatic preferred.
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
● Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise organizations
● Proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives
● Deep industry expertise in vertical knowledge, product types, and measurement solutions
● Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space
● Subject matter expertise in the display media, social media, CTV and video platforms
● Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies
● Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets
● Ability to lead special projects
● Experience in collaborating within an organization in order to achieve business success.
● Ability to define strategies and tactics that align to deliver customer business outcomes, while navigating agency and client relationships.
● Self-starter attitude who sees ambiguity as an opportunity and demonstrated ability to excel in a start-up environment

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California: $204,500 - $276,500
New York: $207,500 - 281,000
