Community Building

Intuit is a mission-driven, global financial platform company that gives everyone the opportunity to prosper. With products like Turbo Tax and Quick Books, we’re using technology to build solutions to challenging financial problems for millions of people around the world.

At the heart of our mission are our experts – the people who support our customers. Whether helping them navigate our products and services, preparing tax returns, or helping customers manage monthly Quick Books tasks, our incredible team of experts are extraordinary in every way. This role would allow you to work as a part of our Expert Experience & Engagement Team. Our team’s mission is to build the Expert Network choice where employees are empowered to delight customers and be brand advocates.

Intuit’s Expert Network is seeking a highly skilled Staff Marketing Manager to scale our new internal unified identity and standards across our ecosystem to inspire a sense of purpose, belonging and accountability for Intuit experts, empowering them to deliver delight and confidence to customers.

This role will also lead the creation of new big and bold campaigns that scale and amplify expert stories across internal and external channels. These campaigns will drive new acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

Lead Expert Storytelling & Expert Network Brand Campaigns

  • Develop and execute a strategy to strengthen our Expert Network brand internally and externally

  • Define the strategic narrative themes that will resonate with key audiences and then identify and create inspiring and authentic stories that will build the Expert Network brand and inspire advocates.

  • Lead expert storytelling from strategy creation, creative brief development, overseeing asset production, agency management, and campaign management

  • Launch and executive produce the network’s flagship Podcast series, leveraging it as a strategic vehicle for thought leadership and expert retention.

  • Develop a scalable content engine and framework for capturing 'magic moments' that can be localized across global expert sites.

  • Film weekly “magic moment” stories with leaders and experts and track engagement

  • Establish and keep current brand playbooks, toolkits and measurements for expanding audiences that encourage consistent brand adoption and track the effectiveness of brand efforts.

  • Leverage campaign performance and audience insights and behavior to determine winning messages, channels and themes for continuous optimization

Drive Expert Engagement & Build Community:

  • Define the Community Roadmap and engagement architecture to foster a high-performance culture and peer-to-peer advocacy.

  • Lead the governance and growth strategy for virtual communities, ensuring alignment with Intuit’s security and brand standards.

  • Partner with local ambassadors on expert messaging and assist with Expert Network communications

Qualifications

Strategic Leadership & Education

  • 8+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Employee Engagement, or Integrated Communications, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-touchpoint brand ecosystems.

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA or Master’s in a related field preferred).

  • Architectural Mindset: Experience building and scaling a 'Brand-from-within'—transforming internal culture into external brand equity. You’ve done more than run campaigns; you’ve built movements.

  • Proven Influence: Demonstrated ability to navigate a highly matrixed, global organization. You are adept at gaining buy-in from executive stakeholders (VP level) and driving alignment across cross-functional teams (Product, HR, Legal, and Creative).

Creative & Storytelling Excellence

  • Excellent Storyteller: Exceptional ability to identify human-centric narratives and translate them into compelling content across diverse mediums (Video, Podcasts, Social, and Community platforms).

  • Creative Direction: Expert-level experience in creative brief development and agency management. You know how to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity and strategic rigor.

  • Editorial Vision: Experience launching and scaling content platforms (like podcasts or editorial hubs) from concept to execution, with a focus on long-term audience growth.

Operational & Analytical Rigor

  • Systemic Thinking: Ability to create scalable 'toolkits' and frameworks that empower local teams to execute globally without sacrificing brand quality.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate community sentiment, engagement metrics, and brand health data into actionable strategic pivots.

  • Project Orchestration: Advanced project management skills with the ability to lead multi-million dollar budgets and complex production timelines (PMP or similar experience is a plus, but the ability to drive results is the requirement).
