We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineering Group Manager (Manager 3) to join Intuit’s newly formed Foresight organization. You will lead and grow a talented team of software engineers (both frontend and backend) dedicated to building the next generation of AI-native products and experiences that provide our users with financial intelligence at scale.

Drive AI-native product development: Own the end-to-end development and deployment of new, high-impact AI-native products and services that deliver transformative user experience.
Strategic Execution: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the team, balancing immediate short-term experimentation and development to fulfil business needs and long-term platform health, scale, and maintainability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Leadership, Product Management, and AI Science and Engineering to translate business goals into a robust engineering strategy.
Operational Excellence: Champion and enforce engineering best practices related to security, observability, and scalability, ensuring our AI-native products are robust, highly available, and globally scalable.
Build an Elite Team: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering career growth and building high-performing teams.
Cultivate AI Expertise: Mentor and coach engineers to advance their technical skills in AI and ML skills fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical mastery.
Performance Management: Establish clear performance goals, conduct regular 1:1s, and provide timely, actionable feedback to ensure successful delivery of new products and experiences that are widely adopted by our users or integrated into the broader Intuit product suite.
Foster Innovation: Create an environment where the team is empowered to experiment with emerging technologies, propose novel solutions, and rapidly drive business impact.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in developing and deploying large scale software engineering platforms and products, with 5+ years of people management experience leading high performance engineering teams.
Proven ability to design, build, and deploy large-scale AI systems or products that are deployed stand-alone or integrated within broader platforms.
Experience building, managing, and scaling high-performing engineering teams while delivering measurable impact.
Sharp technical acumen to guide complex system design and key architecture decisions.
Deep operational expertise in deploying AI-powered systems and platforms.
Strategic leadership skills with a track record of defining priorities, driving execution, and aligning initiatives with business goals.
Knowledge of AI frameworks, platforms, and tools with a strong understanding of engineering best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence executives, inspire teams, and partner across functions.
