Intuit SBSEG Data & Analytics has an exciting opportunity to be part of the fast-growing Mid-market and Sales Analytics team that plays a critical role in driving growth in Mid-market with a long-term winning strategy. Disrupt the small business mid-market is one of Intuit's 5 Big Bets initiatives.

The Mid-market and Sales Analytics team is responsible for

(1) Providing valuable insights that supports the development of E2E strategy, operational plans and product roadmaps,

(2) Providing data/tools/actionable insights/experimentation for the execution of multiple Mid-market and Sales priorities across our function domains (Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance), developing/managing the success KPIs and reporting as the single source of the truth for how the mid-market business is doing.

As the team grows, there is a stronger need of optimizing and centralizing the data assets and capabilities that every analyst rely on. We are looking for a Staff Technical Data Analyst, who is intellectually curious and extremely self-driven, with a proven track record of leading analytics support for critical or high-growth business areas. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate a problem-solving and extreme ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and manage complex data marts which can cover most data that the team needs daily, partnering with data engineers, data scientists, Sales Ops and Sales Tech teams. Be responsible for the availability and quality of the data. Be able to debug and fix data issues quickly.

Develop and manage key success metrics and leading indicators for providing holistic understanding of business performance and whether each initiative/program is delivering the desired outcomes.

Develop and manage dashboards to monitor business performance and enable self-service.

Communicate data and insights effectively to business partners of all levels including the senior leadership team.

Collaborate with analysts and data engineers across different analytics teams to work on cross-functional projects or develop analytics capabilities.

Coach and develop junior analysts in the team.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Engineering

Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

Master is a Plus:

Proficient with sales data set and processes and familiar with sales tools like Salesforce and associated apps ( SFDC, CPQ, Ironclad, Eloqua, Amazon Connect etc. ).

Highly proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau. Having extensive knowledge and experience with Qlik products is a plus.

Proven track records of developing and managing complex analytics data mart and data pipelines is a must-have.

Proven track records of developing and managing complex dashboards is a must-have.

Experience in applying advanced analytics techniques such as python, ML models, LLM, etc., is a plus.

Ability to create analytical framework for solving complex business problems with proven track record.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives.

Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical. Be able to communicate effectively with senior executives.

Experience of managing junior analysts is a plus.
