We are seeking an experienced Net Suite System Analyst to provide technical support, build system enhancements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve system functionality. The role will involve collaborating with fellow admins/analysts and business stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate into automations and solutions. The successful candidate will have in-depth experience and strong expertise in Net Suite configuration, development, integrations, and customizations on all accounting modules. What will I be doing?

• Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing and resolving technical issues related to Net Suite.

• Design and configure customizations in all Net Suite modules utilizing customizable objects including custom records, lists and segments,

• Utilize Suite Script and workflows to automate business processes, extend native functionalities and address system limitations

• Implement Net Suite integrations with third-party applications, tools, and external systems using RESTlets, Web Services, or other integration technologies.

• Perform unit and integration testing, and ensure a smooth deployment process for all Net Suite customizations and configurations.

• Create customized reports, saved searches, and Suite Analytic workbooks to support financial reviews

• Leverage Net Suite ODBC to create and validate advanced SQL reporting meeting more complex reporting use cases.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization within Net Suite, recommending and implementing improvements.

• Author detailed design/specification documents capturing business processes, use cases, exception handling and test cases

• Collaborate and communicate efficiently with teammates and stakeholders to define and align requirement, scope and use cases.

What skills do I need?

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience in administrating Net Suite ERP

• Expertise in configuring Net Suite accounting modules and features (Basic Accounting, One World, Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, Suite Analytics, Fixed Asset Management etc.).

• Experience in developing using Net Suite Suite Script 1.0 and 2.0, including but not limited to Client Scripts, User event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts and Suitelets

• Experience on integrating external systems with Net Suite.

• Adept in using Net Suite ODBC, relational databases, SQL, and data management.

• Familiarity with Net Suite best practices and methodologies.

• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, financial reporting, and month end activities

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to have clear and effective communication with stakeholders and partners

Skills:

• Administration, configuration and customization of Net Suite accounting modules and features

• Suite Script (1.0 & 2.0)

• Net Suite default connectors(Coupa, Ad, etc.)

• Custom API integration and data pull

• Net Suite ODBC reporting

• Version Control and Collaboration Tools (Git, Jira, etc.)

Bonus skills & attributes

• Net Suite certifications (e.g., Net Suite ERP Consultant, Net Suite Suite Foundation) is a plus

• Previous experience in high tech industry or relevant consulting fields in a similar role

• Experience with other SaaS systems that are often used together with Net Suite (i.e. Coupa, Workato, Workday)

The base salary range for candidates within the within the Greater Chicago Area is $128,205 - $148,995. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
