Responsibilities:

Interactive Brokers is seeking an experienced Manager/Team Leader to oversee critical post-approval account operations. This hands-on operational role focuses on:

  • Account maintenance and ongoing servicing.

  • Estate processing and administration.

  • Document processing and verification.

  • Managing additional post-approval operational tasks

  • The successful candidate will excel at leading a diverse team in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to prioritize resources effectively and respond to the evolving demands of our fast-paced business.

  • A key aspect of this role is identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives across both existing and new workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, equivalent vocational qualification, or demonstrable experience successfully leading teams in finance, technology, or other transferable industries.

  • Professional certification or industry qualification demonstrating competency in finance, operations, quality management, production, or related fields
