Up to 3 years of experience in a client service role within banking or private wealth management, with direct experience serving HNW or UHNW clients.
Commercial apprenticeship with a bank, or a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, preferred.
Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, along with fluency in German or French; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities paired with a client-first approach to service.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with high-profile clientele.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
