The Lab Engineering Technician provides hands-on technical support for AI Lab customers by maintaining lab infrastructure, enabling system readiness, and assisting with troubleshooting activities. This role helps ensure that lab environments are operational, organized, and ready to support engineering development and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support AI Lab customers with lab infrastructure setup, maintenance, and operational readiness
• Install, configure, and maintain lab hardware systems, cables, racks, and connectivity
• Assist engineers with initial debugging, system bring-up, and issue triage
• Monitor lab systems and identify infrastructure issues impacting development workflows
• Document lab procedures and support standard operational practices
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enable efficient lab usage and experimentation

Qualifications:

• Technical background in electronics, computer systems, or lab environments
• Familiarity with hardware systems, networking basics, and system debugging
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced engineering lab environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
