主な業務内容
当社製真空ポンプ・ブロアー・コンプレッサ等(海外工場製)の販売活動
Main Duties

• Sales activities for our vacuum pumps, blowers, compressors, etc. (manufactured at overseas factories)
• Marketing
• New customer development
• Sales activities for new customers (creating sales materials, quotations, taking orders, order processing, and delivery date management)
• Supporting existing customers (quotations, taking orders, order processing, creating materials, and delivery date management) and expanding sales
• Coordinating specifications, technical support, lead times, and other matters with overseas factories
• Inventory management (ordering to factories)
• Handling customer complaints and related negotiations with overseas factories
• Creating and managing forecasts (orders and sales)
• Credit management
• Accounts receivable collection
• Budget achievement

  　・新規顧客への売込活動（販売資料作成・見積・受注・受注処理・納期管理）
  　・既存顧客（見積・受注・受注処理・資料作成・納期管理）への対応、販売拡大
  　・海外工場との仕様・技術的対応、リードタイム他の調整
  　・在庫管理(工場への発注)
  　・顧客からのクレーム処理、これに伴う海外工場との折衝
  　・フォーキャスト(受注・売上)の作成・管理
  　・与信管理
  　・売掛金の回収
  　・予算の達成
  その他、社内業務
  活動範囲は日本国内全域

  4年制大学卒業　以上
  Qualification
  University graduate or above
  20代後半～40代
  Late 20s to 40s
  自動車普通免許証
  Regular driver's license
  給与待遇
  年収450～800万円
  Salary benefits
• Annual salary: JPY4.5 million
• JPY8 million
  Monthly payment of 1/12 of annual salary

• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, December 29th

  Flextime available on days worked at the Yashio office
