Job Summary
The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing the rental sales strategy for air compressors across the country. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective leadership, business development, and operational excellence. The position requires strong technical knowledge, proven sales expertise, and the ability to manage a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

Develop and implement a national sales strategy for compressor rentals aligned with business objectives.

Set clear targets and KPIs for regional teams to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and growth goals.

Lead, coach, and motivate the rental sales team to deliver exceptional performance.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.

Proposal & Pricing Management

Experience & Qualifications

Experience Required
-
8–12 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within industrial equipment rentals (preferably air compressors).

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets at a national level.

Strong technical understanding of compressor systems and rental operations.

Education
-
Grade 12 (Essential).

National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Preferred).
