Since merging with Gardner Denver in early 2020, we have more than 300 years of combined experience and innovative expertise. Our Tampere factory in Finland produces screw compressors.

We are looking for a TRAINEE, DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST to support our business during the summer.

As our Trainee, Documentation Specialist, you are part of the Product and Market team but also work closely with engineering, technical support and sales teams. Your main responsibilities include compiling, checking and delivering documentation packages (user manuals, spare part lists, etc.) to our international customers.

Responsibilities

  • Compiling, checking and delivering compressor documentation packages to our customers

  • Creating and updating user manuals and spare part catalogs for compressors

  • Assisting in documentation development projects

Basic Qualifications

  • Good written and spoken English and Finnish skills

  • Basic skills in Adobe Acrobat, Frame Maker and MS Office software

  • Basic skills in DITA XML are an asset

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully site based

Key Competencies

  • Good communication skills in English and Finnish.

  • Willingness to learn
