Job & Division Summary:
Ingersoll Rand India finance team consists of diverse profiles like Operation Finance Analyst, Costing and MIS, FP&A, Revenue accounting, Commercial Finance Analyst etc. across operations and commercial aspects of compressor business. With diverse profiles and upcoming new plant expansion project, there would be many new opportunities coming with finance team as well.
The FP&A professional will be responsible for driving financial performance by delivering accurate forecasting, insightful analysis, and meaningful business partnering. This role supports strategic decision-making through budgeting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and identifying productivity opportunities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Consolidation of weekly Pulse/monthly outlook
- Simplify reporting and drive Data Analytics initiatives for CSS EMEIA
- Develop model/tools for analyzing the margin across Regions.
- Support in month end closing & SGA Analysis.
- Support AOP/Quarterly Forecast
- Improve data availability, accuracy, and visualization.
- Ensure statutory and internal compliance as per corporate policies.
- Ensure seamless coordination with our cross-functional team
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Should be qualified Graduate/MBA.
- Overall 3-5 years’ working experience in any Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharma, Auto, Heavy Industry
- 2 years’ Experience in FP&A reporting.
Desired Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Experience with SAP, HFM, Qlik, Power BI, or other BI/reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital metrics.
- Understanding accounting standards, revenue accounting and budgeting.
