Customer Service

Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Management

Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately in the system.

Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams for delivery schedules.

Customer Service

Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery timelines, and product availability.

Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or returns.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

Generate regular reports on order status, backlogs, and customer feedback.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with the sales team to align on customer requirements.

Communicate with finance for payment status and credit checks.

Support supply chain in forecasting demand based on order trends.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, Logistics, or related field

  • 5 years’ experience in customer service, sales administration, or order management

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Experience handling sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, and follow-ups

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PPT)

  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
