Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in Environment Management, Change Management, or Release Coordination roles
• Technical & Tools Expertise
• Hands-on experience with Service Now (Change, Incident, Request modules)
• Working knowledge of JIRA
• Hands on experience MS Project
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
• Experience in patch management, release coordination, and environment lifecycle management
• Core Competencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-volume coordination activities under tight timelines
• Proven capability to handle triage calls and critical production scenarios
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to automation tools, scripting, or process automation initiatives
