Workday Integration Consultant

Skilled Workday integration consultant with 3–6 years of experience in workday integrations in HCM and Finance domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in building, enhancing, and supporting Workday integrations.

• Design, develop, test, and support integrations in Workday HCM and Finance domain
• Handle complex support issues and work on new enhancements/developments
• Responsible for maintenance and improvement and implementation of integrations for multiple countries/vendors/processes through Incident / Change Request Management
• Prepare technical specifications from functional specifications and business requirements
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, and production deployments.
• Follow Workday development standards and best practices.
• Strong experience in data transformation and integration development.
• Good experience in Workday integration development, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Hands on experience in technical solution design, release management, and integration delivery activities
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  o Workday Studio
  o Cloud Connectors
  o Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  o Document Transformation (DT)
  o Advanced Reporting
  o Calculated Fields
  o Integration Security

Hands-on experience with Workday APIs:

o REST APIs
o SOAP APIs

• Proficiency in:
  o XML
  o XSLT
  o JSON

• Active Workday certification in integration space

• Workday Studio hand on experience

• Exposure to BIRT reports

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities.

Education: Bachelor of Engineering
